Privacy policy

Data controller

What data we process and why

• Booking form: name, phone number, email, preferred date and place and, optionally, date of birth, a description of your problems and how long they have lasted, past illnesses, operations and medication. Purpose: handling your booking and providing therapy. Legal basis: performance of a contract / steps taken before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). We process data about your health on the basis of your explicit consent (Article 9(2)(a) GDPR).
• Client file: the course of therapies and recommendations. Purpose: continuity of care. Retention: for the duration of our cooperation and 3 years afterwards, or in line with statutory periods.
• Visitor analytics: if we measure website traffic, we use Plausible Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not store personal data.
• Map on the Contact page: it only loads after you click the “Show map” button. Google (Google Ireland Ltd.) then processes your IP address in accordance with its privacy policy.

Recipients of data

The website and e-mail are hosted by ZONER a.s. (CZECHIA.COM), Company ID 49437381, Nové sady 583/18, 602 00 Brno, Czech Republic, which acts as a data processor. The booking form does not use any external service – the details you fill in are sent by e-mail to the controller’s mailbox with the same provider and are not stored on the website itself. To protect the form against abuse (mass submissions), a shortened fingerprint of your IP address, from which the address cannot be read, and the time of sending are kept for 24 hours and then deleted automatically (legitimate interest of the controller). We do not pass data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Cookies

The website only uses necessary technical storage that remembers your choice in the cookie bar. We do not use analytics or marketing cookies. You can change your choice at any time by deleting the website’s data in your browser.

Your rights

You have the right of access to your data, to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and the right to object. You can withdraw your consent at any time. You can lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, www.uoou.cz).
